When you use RinseOS to manage your business, you may enter your customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and vehicle information. This data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service and do not use it for our own marketing purposes.
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) send you transactional emails about your account; (c) respond to your support requests; (d) detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and (e) comply with legal obligations.
RinseOS integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:
We store your Stripe and Twilio API credentials in encrypted form and never expose them in plaintext.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect sensitive data, including your API credentials. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' data to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting providers), but only to the extent necessary to provide the Service and subject to confidentiality obligations.
