By accessing or using RinseOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. RinseOS is operated by RinseOS LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
RinseOS provides a software-as-a-service platform designed for auto detailing businesses. The platform includes booking management, payment processing integration, SMS automation, and customer management tools. You are responsible for your own Stripe and Twilio accounts and any fees associated with those third-party services.
RinseOS charges a monthly subscription fee of $39/month after a 7-day free trial. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through the Account settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate account information; (b) maintain the security of your login credentials; (c) comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Service; (d) not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages; and (e) obtain proper consent from your customers before sending SMS messages through the platform.
RinseOS integrates with Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your customers' full payment card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their terms and PCI compliance standards. You are responsible for your own Stripe account and any disputes, chargebacks, or fees that arise from your transactions.
The SMS automation features use Twilio, a third-party service. You are responsible for your own Twilio account and must comply with all applicable SMS regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable carrier guidelines. You must obtain proper consent from your customers before sending them SMS messages.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your customer data belongs to you. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption to protect sensitive credentials stored on our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RinseOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at [email protected].
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
